One of our professors sends out the class grade spreadsheet every week after he grades our weekly quiz (why we are taking quizzes in graduate school, I will never know.) Anyways, he had us make up secret PINs at the beginning of the semester so the grades would be anonymous.
This week, he went ahead and sent the grades with the PINs…and every student’s first and last name next to those.
Big OOPS there.
